Yields 2 snack portions.

2 tbls. peanut butter

1 medium whole-wheat tortilla

1/2 banana, sliced

3 medium strawberries, sliced

1 tbl. almond slivers

1. Spread the peanut butter on the tortilla.

2. On one half of the tortilla, top with sliced banana, sliced strawberries and almond slivers. Fold in half, press firmly and cut into wedges.
