Honey Mustard Viniagrette

Makes 8 ounces. Recipe is by Beth Colvin. While it will mix together initially, the dressing will separate out as it sits. Shake or mix well before each serving.

1 cup olive oil

4 tbls. balsamic viniagrette

4 tbls. good quality spiced or herbed mustard, such as Dijon or Stonewall Kitchen’s Blue Cheese Herbed Mustard

1 tbl. honey, or more to taste

Pour all ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk together until mixture is smooth. Serve immediately.
