Hot Chocolate

Makes 12 to 14 (1-cup) servings. Recipe is courtesy of All-Clad.

10 cups milk

¾ cup sugar

½ tsp. salt

¾ cup cocoa, or hot chocolate mix

2 cups hot water


1. Measure milk into the slow cooker. Turn on High.

2. Mix together sugar, salt and cocoa in sauce pan on stove top. Add hot water.

3. Stir water mixture until it comes to a boil, approximately 3 minutes.

4. Pour mixture into milk. Cook on High in the slow cooker for 2½ hours.
