Slow-Cooked Pumpkin Latte
Serves 4. Recipe is by Julie Kay.
2½ cups fat-free milk
4 tbls. canned pumpkin
1½ cups coffee
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. cinnamon
1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on Low for 1 to 2 hours.
2. Serve with whipped cream and/or a sprinkle of cinnamon on top, if desired. Add sugar or sugar substitutes as you would any other coffee.
