Make-Your-Own Turkey Sandwich

Choose a new bread: French, artisan whole wheats, cranberry-nut bread, sourdough, croissants, wraps, focaccia, ciabatta

Serve sandwiches cold, on toasted bread or heated in a lightly buttered skillet

Try these combinations:

Turkey, bacon, bleu or brie cheese, fig preserves, thinly sliced apple, spinach

Turkey, provolone or gouda cheese, peach preserves with a dab of horseradish, spinach or romaine

Turkey, spicy mayo, bacon, avocado, cucumber, sprouts or spinach

Dress your sandwich with spicy or herbed mayo or herbed cream cheese and mustard
