1 spiral-cut ham
1 pound light (or dark) brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon dried orange rind
1 bottle French’s yellow mustard
2 tablespoons whole cloves
1 (4-ounce) can crushed pineapple
Braswell’s Artichoke Relish (see note)
1. Place the ham in a large roasting pan (or oven-safe decorative dish).
2. In a medium bowl, mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, coriander, orange rind and mustard together. Work the mixture into the ham. Stud the ham with the whole cloves. Pour the crushed pineapple over the ham.
3. Bake at 200 F for 3 hours, basting occasionally. Serve with Braswell’s Artichoke Relish accompanied with dinner rolls.
Note: Braswell’s Artichoke Relish can be purchased in most supermarkets.
