Sweet & Smoky Baby Back Ribs

Serves 4. Recipe is provided by Tabasco.

2 racks baby back ribs or 3 lbs. ribs

Marinade

1/4 cup apple cider

2 tbls. brown sugar

2 tbls. lemon juice

2 tbls. Tabasco brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce

Rub

1 tbl. paprika

1 tbl. brown sugar

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. onion powder

2 tbls. Tabasco brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce

Glaze

1/4 cup ketchup

1. Trim ribs.

2. Combine apple cider, brown sugar, lemon juice and chipotle sauce in medium bowl. Add ribs; turn to coat with marinade. Cover, or place mixture in large resealable bag. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

3. Combine all rub ingredients in small bowl. Drain ribs; blot dry with paper towels. Spread rub mixture on both sides of ribs.

4. Heat grill to medium-low. Grill ribs for 45 minutes covered, turning occasionally. During last 10 minutes of grilling, brush ribs with ketchup.
