2 Cornish hens
1 (8-oz.) can pineapple slices, with juice reserved
2 bell peppers, sliced
2 onions, sliced
1 (12-oz.) bottle sweet and sour sauce, 1/4 cup reserved
1. Place Cornish hens in the cooker and top with pineapple slices, bell peppers, and onions.
2.?Pour reserved pineapple juice over all and top with all but 1/4 cup sweet and sour sauce.
3. Cook on High for 1 hour. Turn to Low for another 6 hours. Remove from cooker and baste with remaining sweet and sour sauce.
4. Serve with pasta or rice of choice.
