Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark

Makes 12 servings. Recipe is by Teresa B. Day.

20 ounces vanilla almond bark

½cup peanut butter

Red and yellow food coloring

1 package semisweet chocolate chips

1. Line a rimmed cookie sheet (½ jellyroll pan) or baking dish with parchment paper.

2. Melt bark over low heat in a heavy saucepan. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Add food coloring until desired shade of orange. Pour melted bark in baking pan and smooth out into a thin layer.

3. Melt chocolate chips in a small saucepan. Spoon chocolate over bark in lines about a ½-inch apart.

4. Swirl with a toothpick to create a marble effect. Place in refrigerator until set. Break into pieces and serve.
