2 ounces Herbsaint
1 tablespoon simple syrup
2 ounces sparkling water (unsalted is best)
1. Chill a thin 6-ounce glass by stirring crushed ice in it until the glass is frosted.
2. Mix ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker to blend and cool. Strain into empty frosted glass.
