Mint Cantaloupe Smoothies

Yields 4, 1-cup servings. Recipe is from Teresa B. Day.

4 cups cantaloupe, cubed

2 tablespoons honey

1 lime’s juice

1 cup crushed ice

5-10 leaves fresh mint

5 leaves fresh sweet basil

1/8 teaspoon salt

Place all ingredients in a blender and liquefy. Serve immediately or freeze in ice cube trays and thaw as needed.
