3 lbs. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
5 lbs. rice, cooked
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1 (10-3/4-oz.) can chicken broth
1 (10-3/4-oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
3 lbs. chicken breast, cooked and diced
2 tbls. salt, or to taste
2 tbls. black pepper, or to taste
Brown ground beef with onion and peppers. Add rice, broth, soup and chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
