2 lbs. chicken wings
Sea salt to taste
Bottled wing sauce for tossing, optional
Blue cheese salad dressing for serving, optional
1. Set up Egg for indirect cooking, until temperature reaches 350 degrees.
2. Sprinkle wings with sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Place on Egg for 1 hour, flipping after 30 minutes.
Toss wings with your favorite bottled wing sauce and serve with blue cheese dressing and fresh celery.
