Ole Smoky Pineapple Mojito

Serves 4. Recipe is from Ole Smoky Tennessee Moonshine.

½ cup sugar

1 bunch fresh mint (stems discarded)

2 limes (each cut into 8 wedges)

Ice

1 cup Ole Smoky Pineapple Moonshine

1 cup club soda

Lime wedges, for garnish

Pineapple wedges, for garnish

1. Divide sugar, mint and limes equally among four tall glasses. Muddle in the bottom of the glasses.

2. Top glasses with ice and pour 1/4 cup pineapple moonshine and 1/4 cup club soda into each glass.

3. Garnish with lime and pineapple wedges. Serve.
