Oysters on the Grill

Recipe is from Joe Patti’s Seafood.

Oysters on the half-shell (as many as the group can eat)

Worcestershire sauce

Melted butter

Parmesan cheese

1. Place oysters in half-shell on grill over hot charcoal.

2. Mix equal parts Worcestershire and melted butter to make a sauce. Pour a teaspoon of the sauce over each oyster, then sprinkle with Parmesan. Once the oysters begin to curl, diners can fork the oysters right out of the shells from the grill or transfer the shells to a platter.
