Cucumber Dill Sandwiches

Number of servings varies. Recipe is from Lin Falcon of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Baton Rouge.

White bread

Cucumbers

Butter

Lemon Dill Spread (see recipe)

1. Cut rounds of white bread into 13/4-inch circles

2. Cut cucumbers into thin slices.

3. Spread bread with a thin layer of butter and a layer of Lemon Dill Spread. Place one or two slices of cucumbers between rounds.

Lemon Dill Spread

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1 to 2 tbls. Cherchies brand Lem’n Dill Seasoning

Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream and seasoning.
