This four-ingredient recipe is easy and delicious. In fact, it can be quite elegant if you serve it on a fancy plate. Serve this chicken with a baked sweet potato and a crispy salad, and you will have a winner with very little effort!
The chicken breast is pounded to a 1/4-inch thickness then it’s quickly cooked in a little butter. Pepper jelly is heated in the pan drippings and served over the tender chicken. That’s it, three ingredients and a garnish.
I used Tabasco-brand spicy pepper jelly, which is a red color. I did not find it hot because of its sweetness but if you prefer it milder, use the Jalapeño Pepper Jelly.
