Yields 6 (1-cup) servings.

2-1/2 cups low-fat or nonfat vanilla yogurt

2 cups fresh strawberries and blueberries OR other favorite fruit

2 cups low-fat granola OR whole-grain cereal

1. In a glass or cup, layer 1/3 cup yogurt, 1/3 cup fruit and 1/3 cup granola.

2. Top with a spoonful of yogurt and a teaspoon of granola.

Refrigerate leftovers.
