Pimm’s Cup With Pomegranate Juice

2 ozs. pomegranate-cherry juice or other sweetened pomegranate juice, chilled

11/2 ozs. Pimm’s No. 1 liqueur

Ice cubes

Ginger ale or lemon-lime soda, chilled

Cucumber slice for garnish

1. Pour the pomegranate juice and Pimm’s liqueur into a cocktail glass filled with ice.

2. Top off with ginger ale and stir. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
