2 lbs. grouper fillets
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbl. lemon juice
1 tbl. grated onion
½ tsp. salt
1?8 tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
1. Thaw fish if frozen. Skin fillets and cut into serving-size portions. Place in well-greased 12-inch-by-8-inch-by-2-inch baking dish.
2. Combine sour cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, onion, salt and liquid hot pepper sauce. Spread sour cream mixture over fish. Sprinkle with paprika.
3. Bake at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with parsley.
