Jalapeño Cauliflower and Cheese
Serves 4. Recipe is by Julie Kay.
1 head of cauliflower, broken into sections
2 cups chicken broth
1 large onion, sliced
¼ cup jalapeño peppers
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 (8-ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese
1. Place cauliflower into slow cooker and add chicken broth.
2. Add in onion, jalapeño peppers, bell pepper and black pepper.
3. Cook on Low for 4 hours. Remove and top with cheddar cheese. Serve.
