Jess’ Rose Garden

Serves 1. Recipe is from Blend, Baton Rouge.

5 mint leaves

A few rosemary needles

3/4 oz. simple syrup

Ice

11/2 ozs. Hendricks Gin

1 oz. St. Germain

1 oz. fresh lime juice

1 oz. fresh lemon juice

Splash of soda water

1/2 of a rosemary sprig, for garnish

1. Muddle the mint and a few rosemary needles in the simple syrup in a shaker.

2. Add a scoop of ice to the shaker along with the gin, St. Germain and juices. Shake in the shaker and pour into a double rocks glass.

3. Splash soda water on top and garnish with the rosemary sprig.
