CoolBrew Fizzy Brunch Punch
Makes about 1 gallon. Recipe is by New Orleans Coffee Co. Inc.
1 (500-milliliter) Original CoolBrew Coffee Concentrate
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
6 cups cold sparkling water
Simple syrup, sugar or sweetener, to taste
Cinnamon, cocoa powder or nutmeg, for garnish
1. In a large punch bowl, combine coffee concentrate, ice cream and sparkling water. Stir. Do not blend until smooth as ice cream will disolve as it melts.
2. Punch is already sweet, but if desired, sweeten further with simple syrup, sugar or sweetener to taste.
3. Ladle into cups and, if desired, garnish with cinnamon, cocoa powder or nutmeg.
Tip: Fill the empty CoolBrew bottle three times to measure water. Original CoolBrew concentrate can be replaced with your favorite flavor.
