Chef William Wells, of Culinary Productions, will teach a cooking class titled “The Last Hunt” from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Aug. 12 at BD Kitchen Co.

His menu will include Apple-Smoked, Bacon-Wrapped Quail Breast set on caramelized onions and a blackberry reduction; Mixed Wild Greens; Bourbon Praline-Glazed Duck Breast With Southern Greens and Wild Mushrooms; Bread Pudding; Oven-Roasted Venison Tenderloin Stuffed With Pecans and Sweet Cherries; and Chocolate Chunk Pecan Pie and White Chocolate-Sweet Potato Ice Cream.
