6 thin slices prosciutto
18 marinated mozzarella balls, halved
36 (1-inch) strips of roasted red peppers (I like the Fratelli Carli brand)
Raspberry salsa or other condiment of your choice (mustard, horseradish, wasabi, jam, honey)
Freshly ground pepper
1. Slice each piece of prosciutto lengthwise into 6 thin strips. Wrap one strip of prosciutto around mozzarella piece and a strip of the red pepper. Secure with a wooden pick. Top with a few grinds of black pepper.
2. Serve with salsa or other condiment on the side for dipping.
Note: Marinated mozzarella balls are available at Sam’s or Costco. Fresh Market has a nice Robert Rothchild raspberry salsa. You can also marinate fresh mozzarella in your favorite Italian dressing overnight or longer.
