White Sauce Spaghetti and Meatballs
Serves 6 to 8. Recipe is by Julie Kay.
2 pounds fully cooked homestyle meatballs
½ cup freshly sliced Parmesan cheese
1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream
1 (10½-ounce) can cream of celery soup
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 green bell pepper, chopped
Cooked spaghetti noodles
1. Put meatballs into slow cooker. Mix together parmesan cheese, sour cream and cream of celery soup. Pour over meatballs.
2. Sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper. Add in bell pepper. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve over cooked spaghetti noodles.
