Caribbean Jerk Ginger Pork

Serves 4. Recipe is by Julie Kay.

2 pounds boneless pork ribs, cut into 1-inch chunks

2 medium onions, sliced into strips

1 large green pepper, seeded and sliced

2 stalks celery, chopped

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon powdered ginger

1 cup KC Masterpiece Caribbean Jerk Marinade sauce

Cooked rice

1. Put all ingredients except cooked rice into slow cooker.

2. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve over cooked rice.

3. Use leftover pork mixture in lettuce wraps, tortilla wraps or pocket sandwich bread for another meal.
