Spinach Salad with Berries & Pecans

¼ cup Vanilla Fig Balsamic Vinegar
¾ cup olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Fresh baby spinach
Fresh strawberries and fresh La. blueberries
Crumbled feta cheese
1. Whisk together vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, pepper and Dijon mustard for the salad dressing. Can be made ahead and chilled.
2. Make individual salads by placing spinach on each plate. Wash, hull and slice strawberries.
3. Top spinach with strawberries, blueberries, feta cheese and toasted pecans.
4. Drizzle with dressing.
