Louisiana chefs Sam and Cody Carroll cook up crawfish etouffee on 'Today' this morning.


Area chefs Cody and Sam Carroll will appear live on NBC's "Today" show during the 10 a.m. hour Tuesday.

The New Orleans couple are chefs/owners of the Crescent City's Sac-a-Lait restaurant and casual eatery Hot Tails in New Roads.

In celebration of Mardi Gras, the Carrolls, who star on the Food Network's "Cajun Aces," will show "Today" viewers how to make crawfish etouffée.

"Today" airs on WVLA, Channel 33 (cable Channel 3 in Baton Rouge and Lafayette) and on WDSU, Channel 6 (cable Channel 7 in New Orleans).
