The Louisiana Landscape Design School will hold Course 1 on Jan. 26-27 at the Baton Rouge Garden Center, 7950 Independence Blvd., Baton Rouge.

The 10 hours of lecture will be held from noon to 5 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 26, and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 27.

LSU professors and local professional landscape architects are the instructors.

The cost is $60, and it is open to the public, master gardeners and garden club members. A box lunch can be purchased or participants may bring their own lunch.
