Live After Five announces lineup for spring _lowres

The place to be this spring is downtown Baton Rouge.

Downtown Business Association’s annual Live After Five concert series has announced its spring 2016 lineup. The season features a little bit of blues, rock ‘n’ roll, country and swamp pop.

The free concerts start Friday, April 1 at the Crest at Galvez Plaza in North Boulevard Town Square. The concerts will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

This year’s lineup

April 1: Royal Southern Brotherhood and Jordan Anderson Band

April 8: Chris LeBlanc

April 15: David Borné and Michael Juan Nunez

April 22: Samantha Fish

April 29: Werewolf

May 6: 90 Degrees West

May 13: Kenny Fife and Bac Trac

May 20: Mingo Fishtrap and Baton Rouge Music Studios
