A Baton Rouge concert series celebrates 10 years in 2016.
The lineup includes a range of artists from traditional jazz staples to up-and-comers. The series is presented in collaboration with the River City Jazz Coalition.
All concerts will take place in the Manship Theatre. Don Vappie and the Creole Jazz Serenaders will kick off the series, which continues through April 2017.
Tickets will range from $25-$45 and go on sale beginning Wednesday. Pre-sale tickets for Arts Council members are on sale now.

SEPT. 28: Don Vappie and the Creole Jazz Serenaders. This show will be for fans of early jazz, when the genre was considered the pop music of the time.
NOV. 10: Manuel Valera and New Cuban Express. Valera is a Grammy-nominated artist who was born and raised in Havana, Cuba. Since arriving in New York City, Valera has garnered rave national reviews and collaborated with artists such as Arturo Sandoval and Paquito D’Rivera.
FEB. 15: Clayton Brothers Quintet. This Grammy-nominated quintet was originally founded in 1977 and is known for its unimpeded flow of pure creativity.
MARCH 11: Dianne Reeves featuring the Baton Rouge Symphony. The pre-eminent jazz vocalist in the world today, Reeves is a world-class artist who has five Grammys and an honorary doctorate from Julliard.
APRIL 26: Robert Glasper Experiment. The jazz pianist is most known for his 2012 Grammy-winning album, “Black Radio.” He has worked with artists such as Q-Tip, Kanye West, Erykah Badu and Jay-Z.
