A very special art exhibit opens tomorrow night at 6 at the Gallery at Manship Theatre, located in the Shaw Center for the Arts. “Finding the Forgotten … In the Shadows of the Mind” highlights the need “to remember, relate to and reawaken the countless minds shuttered by dementia in our own community.” It features the artwork of Louisiana ceramic artist Becky Gottsegen and South African painter Taryn Möller Nicoll, who is currently the artist in residence at the Neuroscience Center of Excellence at the LSU Health Sciences Center. Hope to see you there!
