Bobby Jindal’s executive assistant for coastal activities and chairman of the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority, will speak. Graves will discuss the challenge of preserving our coast, marshlands, barrier islands and fisheries from coastal erosion, hurricanes, oil spills, floods, man-made levees, rising sea levels, land subsidence and global climate change. Lunch, which is served at 11:30 a.m., is $12 for members and $15 for non-members.
