Original notice:

People interested in signing up for the American Cancer Society’s third long-term cancer prevention study since the 1950s can do so at a number of locations in the Baton Rouge area this month.

The study is open to people ages of 30 and 65, who have never been diagnosed with cancer, with the exception of nonmelanoma skin cancer.

The study will involve periodic follow-up surveys over time that can be done at home.

Those interested in volunteering are encouraged to make an appointment for their enrollment
