The Zachary Chamber of Commerce, business leaders and Zachary Mayor David Amrhein helped celebrate the grand opening of the CVS pharmacy at 20501 La. 964, Zachary.

An Oct. 3 ribbon-cutting ceremony included product samples, gift bags and hourly raffle drawings and prize giveaways.

The new CVS pharmacy features a two-lane drive-thru pharmacy window service; a wide range of health, beauty and personal care products; private-label products; and a digital photo center, according to a news release. In addition, the pharmacy chain provides flu shots seven days a week with no appointment.

Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week. Pharmacy hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday; 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays; and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sundays.
