YMCA of the USA and YMCA of the Capital Area recently launched a nationwide multimedia campaign titled “For a better us.”

The campaign is designed to educate consumers on the YMCA’s charitable work in the areas of youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.

“The Y works to ensure all individuals have the support they need to achieve their full potential,” said Kristen Hogan, marketing director of YMCA of the Capital Area. “We work here in Baton Rouge to provide services addressing its most critical social issues such as child abuse prevention classes, YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program, Homeless Outreach Program and safety around water classes.”
