Mildred Bowie, 99, doesn't let age stop her. Every Tuesday Bowie plays with her 55-and-over bowling league in Baton Rouge, the Golden Nuggets.

ABC News reports Bowie joined the Golden Nuggets in 1983 and now averages 119.

After Bowie turns 100 on Jan. 19, she said she plans to keep competing and driving herself to the bowling alley.

Bowie, a former school teacher, credits her active lifestyle, faith and time spent with loved ones for her longevity.
