Fifteen volunteers from Sherwin-Williams stores painted five dormitories at the Baton Rouge Youth Oasis on May 21 as part of National Painting Week.

Youth Oasis provides emergency shelter and support services to runaway, abandoned and homeless youth ages 10-25 within the Baton Rouge area, a news release a said.

Sherwin-Williams donated 30 gallons of paint and the materials needed for the project.

Thousands of Sherwin-Williams volunteers across the U.S. and Canada donated their time and Sherwin-Williams products to upgrade nonprofits, churches, schools and other community organizations during National Painting Week.
