“Wheat Belly Total Health” with Dr. William Davis at 9 a.m. Saturday outlines simple steps to becoming wheat-free while eating tasty, healthy foods. “Fast Metabolism Revolution” with Haylie Pomroy follows at 10:30 a.m., showing how some people can get healthy by eating more food, not less.

At noon, it’s “Easy Yoga for Easing Pain.” Peggy Cappy demonstrates why yoga can effectively alleviate the pain in painful joints. That’s followed by “Brainchange” with Dr. David Perlmutter at 1:30 p.m. Perlmutter talks about the effects of wheat, sugar and carbohydrates on the human brain. At 2:30 p.m., “Deepak Chopra: The Future of God” shows how the tools of science can be used to answer fundamental spiritual questions.

“Aging Backwards” with Miranda Esmonde-White at 4 p.m. provides insights on how to combat the physical signs and consequences of aging.

At 9 a.m. Sunday, “Dr. Wayne Dyer: I Can See Clearly Now” explains how each of our lives is a tapestry composed of our past and future choices.

“Skinny Gut Vibrant You” with Brenda Watson at 11:30 a.m. discusses the solution to digestive disorders and obesity.

At 1:30 p.m., “Suze Orman’s Financial Solutions For You” teaches how to manage money and make smarter choices towards an economically secure future.

“Downton Abbey Rediscovered” at 3:30 p.m. leads up to the premiere of season five of the popular series by reliving treasured moments from the first four seasons and previewing the new season.
