St. Joseph’s Academy’s 2015 Sticker Stampede will begin at 8 a.m. Oct. 31, a news release said.

The annual 5K and 1-mile Fun Run is organized by the St. Joseph’s Academy Alumnae Association as a fundraiser for the SJA Alumnae Scholarship.

The race will begin and end on the school’s campus at the corner of Broussard and Kleinert streets. Costumes are encouraged, and there will be post-race trick-or-treating. The Stampede Expo, open until noon, will include free food and beverages, wellness information, live music, shopping and children’s activities.

Prizes will be given to overall, masters and age-group winners in both male and female divisions, overall winners in the stroller division and costume contest winners. A group prize will go to the winner of the corporate team division registering the most participants.

Online registration is available through midnight Oct. 29. Early packet pickup will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 30. Packets will be distributed in the carpool circle at the SJA Activity Center. Packet pickup and race-day registration also will be available Oct. 31 beginning at 7 a.m. in the SJA Orchard.

Early registration is $20 and ends Oct. 24. Race week registration is Oct. 25-31 and is $25. All registrants will receive a short-sleeve race T-shirt.
