Springtime has arrived in Baton Rouge, and the splish-splash of popular park fountains across the city-parish is coming with it.
The East Baton Rouge Recreation and Parks Commission will open its splash pads for the 2016 season starting Friday.
They will run from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily until the weather cools down again in October.
The splash pads are located at the following:
City Brooks Community Park, 1515 Dalrymple Drive
Forest Community Park, 13900 S. Harrell’s Ferry Road
Highland Community Park, 14024 Highland Road
Greenwood Community Park, 13350 La. 19, Baker
Jackson Community Park, 12250 Sullivan Road, Central
Zachary Community Park, 20055 Old Scenic Highway, Zachary
