ARCHAEOLOGY IN LOUISIANA: 10 a.m., River Center Library, 120 St. Louis St. Dennis Jones, an archeologist from the Louisiana Archaeological Society, will introduce children to archaeology by talking about the ancient people who lived at the Poverty Point site in northeastern Louisiana.
