New Orleans Pelicans coach Monty Williams said he is grateful for fans' support through the season, despite the boos he heard when the Pelicans were introduced at two playoff home games.

Yahoo Sports reports, Williams told his wife, Ingrid, and their five children to stay at home when he noted the heckling during the regular season.

Williams told Yahoo Sports the only time the boos from the crowd have bothered him was the team was winning and he still heard the heckles.

Saturday, the team ended their season against the Golden State Warriors in Game 4 of the first-round series.
