Controlling interest in an office-warehouse building on Industriplex Boulevard has been sold for nearly $1.2 million.

11725 Industriplex LLC bought a 75 percent stake in the building at the same address in two separate transactions. James H. Walsh Jr. and Teresa Ott Walsh of Baton Rouge, who co-manage 11725 Industriplex, already owned a quarter of the building.

B. Miller Enterprises sold a 50 percent share of the building for $778,000, and Michael G. and Mary Helen Cox Miller sold a 25 percent stake for $389,000.

The nearly 32,500-square-foot building is home to several tenants, including WJS Enterprises, which sells and leases office equipment, CAM Environmental Services, which tests for mold and asbestos, and Hamilton Sales, which sells commercial and residential plumbing products.

James Walsh said he will continue to serve as the landlord for the building and has no plans to make major changes.
