David “Dave” Kneipp has been named director of the client accounting services department at public accounting firm Faulk & Winkler.

Kniepp was vice president of Genesis Energy LP.

Zach Hendry has been named general manager of the Olive Garden restaurant in Baton Rouge.

Hendry started with Olive Garden seven years ago as a server.


Steven P. Hebert has been named chief executive officer of Billeaud Cos. in Broussard.

He succeeds CEO James “Tex” Plumley, who is retiring.

Hebert was chief operating officer of Coldwell Banker Pelican Real Estate.

Established in 1914, Billeaud Cos. started as a sugar cane and agricultural business and became involved in residential, industrial and retail development.


Cindy Ingram has been named director of women and children’s services at St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington.

Ingram was department head of endoscopy, ambulatory care and preadmissions.

Brigette T. Folse has been named as the hotel’s director of sales and marketing at the Royal Sonesta New Orleans.

Folse joined the hotel in 2013 as the director of sales.

Dr. Rebekah Gee, assistant professor of health policy and management and obstetrics and gynecology at the LSU Health New Orleans Schools of Public Health and Medicine, has been elected to two national positions.

Gee, who also serves as Medicaid medical director for the state of Louisiana, is now a member of the Health System Performance & Public Health Steering Committee of the National Academy for State Health Policy. Gee also has been elected to the National Committee for Quality Assurance’s Committee on Performance Measurement

The NASHP committee is responsible for issues related to how health care services are delivered and how community health is promoted. The NCQA committee advises the organization’s board of directors on performance measures proposed for use in NCQA programs.

Brett Forshag has been named director of sales and marketing at the InterContinental New Orleans, which is managed by Dimension Development Co. in Natchitoches.

Forshag was vice president of sales and marketing for HRI Lodging.

Erika Mullenbach and Amy Hotard have been promoted to partner at Salley, Hite, Mercer & Resor.

Mullenbach specializes in a civil litigation practice, handling cases in the areas of business and professional liability (architects and engineers), construction defect, toxic tort, insurance coverage and defense and general civil litigation. Hotard specializes in workers’ compensation defense, general civil litigation, insurance defense, insurance coverage and commercial litigation in both state and federal courts.
