Claire Joyce has been named a manager in the consulting division of Postlethwaite & Netterville APAC.
She was the compliance auditor at Pure Fishing Inc., a specialty manufacturer and distribution company.
Rene Ragas has been named chief executive officer for Our Lady of the Angels Hospital in Bogalusa by the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System.
Ragas joined FMOLHS in 1998 and has served in a number of roles in operations and administration with increasing levels of responsibility at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center and at the FMOLHS Corporate Division. He was system director of special projects until taking on the interim role of chief operating officer for Our Lady of the Angels Hospital with the acquisition in March of the former Bogalusa Medical Center.
Dan Poteat has been promoted by Southeastern Freight Lines to service center manager in Baton Rouge.
Poteat has served in various roles such as frontline supervisor, account manager and operations manager.

Gregory H. Brenan II has been named a partner in the audit division of Hannis T. Bourgeois LLP, Certified Public Accountants.
He was a senior manager in the firm’s New Orleans office. His areas of specialization include auditing in the construction industry as well as financial institutions and employee benefit plans.
Peter J.M. Harding has been elected to serve on the board of directors of Renewable Energy Group Inc.
Harding was chief executive officer and a member of the board of Westway Group Inc.
