Landmark Aviation has completed its $330 million acquisition of Ross Aviation, which owns the Louisiana Aircraft fixed base operation at Baton Rouge Metro Airport.
Landmark already had FBOs at Lafayette Regional Airport and Lakefront Airport in New Orleans. FBOs are commercial businesses that provide aviation services, such as selling fuel, offering hangar service and providing aircraft maintenance.
Landmark, based in Houston, now has 75 locations in its FBO network. Ross, based in Denver, had 18 locations, including Louisiana Aircraft, which it acquired in December 2013.
