Gonzales was supervisor in the department.
The Louisiana Resource Center for Educators has named Kyle Finke director of its LRCE Teach! alternative certification program.
Finke taught middle school science in the East Baton Rouge Parish school system, was with Teach For America-South Louisiana as managing director of teacher leadership development and was training and instruction manager for The New Teacher Project.
Jude Guerin has been named a partner at Apple Guerin Co.
Guerin has 10 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on business and individual taxation as well as firm expansion in south Louisiana.
Thomas Temple Jr., a partner at Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson, has been elected president of the board of directors for Cancer Services of Greater Baton Rouge.

GLO, a commercial air service operating out of Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport, has promoted Mike Welch to vice president of ground services and Kate Zieverink to vice president of strategic initiatives.
Both held the title of managing director of their respective areas.
Nick Karl has been promoted to vice president of marketing and communications at Peoples Health in Metairie.
He was assistant vice president of marketing and communications.
Mori Karasov has been named art director at communications firm Spears Group.
Karasov was artistic director with Upshot Agency in Chicago.
Metairie Bank has named John P. LeBlanc as senior vice president and chief financial officer.
He succeeds F. William Haacke Jr., who is retiring from the bank after 14 years as chief financial officer.
LeBlanc was executive vice president, chief financial officer and chief operations officer for Bank of New Orleans and Louisiana Bancorp Inc.
Providence Community Housing has named Brian J. Rotolo as chairman and Charlotte Bourgeois as vice chairwoman of its board of directors.
Rotolo is a partner at Ernst and Young LLP. Bourgeois retired last year as executive director of the Louisiana Association of Affordable Housing Providers and is a construction consultant for St. Mary’s Dominican High School’s new science, technology, religion, engineering, arts and math initiative.

Kuchler has participated in audits for the firm’s profit and not-for-profit clients and clients’ benefit plans. She specializes in compilations, tax preparation, compliance and planning.
Meyer’s experience is in tax planning and compliance for individuals, business entities and estates and representing clients before the IRS.
Thomas Lonergan has been named academic dean of Herzing University – New Orleans Campus.
Lonergan was dean of arts of sciences at Davenport University, Michigan.
