Bobby Jindal and the other three Republican governors running for president face a potentially campaign-defining choice if the Supreme Court rules against the Affordable Care Act subsidies.

They can let tens of thousands of people lose their health coverage or the governors can try to create a state health exchange ...and lose credibility with their anti-Obamacare base, according to an article on Politico.com.

How the governors handled the issue in the past may indicate how they will handle a Supreme Court ruling, according to Politico. Jindal, who rejected the new law and refused to expand Medicaid, tells Politico he has no plan to create a state exchange.

Jindal has offered his own replacement for the Affordable Care Act.

The Supreme Court is expected to rule on the subsidies Thursday, Friday or Monday.
